FC-10 PZ9/2 wood lengthwise joining press
The FC-10 PZ9/2 press for wood lengthwise joining is designed only for pressing, for permanent gluing, of wooden elements such as a board, a slat with notched ends and micro-grips coated with adhesive.

OPERATION:
Prepared sections of boards, placed on the belt of the joining table, are quickly transported towards the rollers. The rollers force a slower movement, so the boards coming fast on the board’s belt stick their ends into each other and form a slower ribbon. The rollers push it under the pneumatically pressed arm and slide it into the press tunnel. Due to the resistance of the arm, the set of interlocking boards is initially “compacted”. After the tunnel is full on entire length, the saw cuts the excess. Then, the set is reloaded onto the press bed. During the loading time, the hydraulic actuator presses the set lengthwise. After completing the compression, the board is thrown across from the table.
