COMPACTORS
Automatic device for joining wooden parts of summerhouses
The machine assembles walls of summerhouses made of panelling or planks. Wall elements are assembled in moulds. Where possible, one form can be dedicated to all products. The size of elements to be joined together is agreed upon with the user. In the presented version, wall elements are joined together with the use of staples that are driven in by special modular aggregates. The place of connection is programmed from the level of the machine control panel according to the board model. The frame or elements of the wall to be assembled are manually put into an empty mould. The mould is movable; it runs under a storage unit with planks. Sheathing planks are taken from the storage unit and, according to the program, stapled together using one staple or two staples on each side. Depending on the version, a third assembling module can be used. At the end position, an assembled board is lifted above the mould and placed on runners. Then it is moved over a pallet by a chain with a grab. The board drops onto a pile. The loaded batch becomes smaller by the thickness of the board added. The machine is characterized by high efficiency and repeatability. Operated by 1 or 2 persons.
